エルゴ、最高！ergobaby is awesome

先週、首が座ったムスメ（体重8.5キロ…；）とエルゴデビューした。



…すごい…。



いや～、スリングをずっと使ってたけど、比べ物にならないくらいエルゴの方が楽！

ベビーカーを使えない場所に数日間旅行に行ってたけど、エルゴ大活躍！

子どもの体重がしっかり両肩と腰に分散されるので、変に背中が痛くならない。

肩ストラップも柔らかく、肩に食い込まない。

最初はいろんなバックルだのストラップだのベルトだのゴムループだの、部分が多くてちょっと使いづらそう…って思ったけど、いざ使用してみると、あっという間に慣れたし。

2歳の息子でもまだまだ使える（20キロまでOK）のも嬉しい。




唯一のマイナス？は、本体がかさ張るので、使わないときの持ち運びはちょっと邪魔。


首が座る前用のインサートがうちはなかったので、今までエルゴを使ってなかったけど、これからはバンバン使うぞ～♪

ムスコとムスメ用、もうひとつ必要かしら…；（って、ダンナから言ってる(￣ー￣)ﾆﾔﾘｯ

Now that my daughter has good neck control (we didn't have the infant insert), I tried out the ERGObaby carrier...and it was FANTASTIC!!  Muuuccchhh more comfortable than the sling, which I'd been using these past 2-3 months.

The pros: weight of the baby distributed to the hips and evenly over the shoulders, well-padded shoulder straps, easy use (despite the initially daunting number of buckles, straps and elastic rings, etc.), can handle up to 20 kgs.

The main con: it's a bit bulky (compared to the sling) when you're not using it, so it's not something you can just slip into your mother's bag.

My husband even let slip a "hmmm maybe we need another one for the other child..." :)
