って調子で。
でも「パターン」は読めず。
そしたら、友達が貸してくれたHealthy Sleep Habits, Happy Childという本(Marc Weissbluth著)に、こーんな簡単な解決策があった!
一日24時間、いつからいつまで寝てるか、帯グラフに表すだけ☆

もちろん寝る以外にも、授乳時間とかうん○の時間とか書き込めるし。
で、ムスメ用に記録を続けて1週間近く経ったけど、
ムスメの昼寝時間が毎日バラバラ
だということが判明しただけだった…orz…
| まぁそれでも夜の就寝時間とか、以前よりは少しリズムが見えてきたかな。もうちょっと続けてみます(^^; |
My friend lent me the book Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child (by Marc Weissbluth). His suggestion of creating a sleep log for your baby in the style of a bar graph was so simple, I couldn't believe this never occurred to me--I had kept detailed logs of our son's daily schedule for a year but found it not so useful in discerning his daily sleep patterns. So I started a bar graph log for my daughter and can see that 8 pm seems to be a good time for her to go to bed. Apart from that, I now know that her 2 naptimes are rather chaotic!
